Currently, we ship to all EU countries only.

  • Tracked shipping: 3.50 €
  • Free shipping on orders above 15 €
• Rest of Europe (EU countries):
  • Economy Shipping (no tracking): 3€
  • Tracked shipping: 8,4€
  • Free shipping on orders above 40€

Dispatch times:
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 business day You’ll receive a confirmation email once your freckles are on their way.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Your right to cancel (EU law)

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Because our freckles are sealed cosmetic products, we can only accept returns if the packaging is unopened and unused for hygiene reasons.

How to return an item:

1. Email info@freckyeah.eu within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
2. We’ll send you return instructions.
3. Send the item back within 14 days after notifying us (return shipping is your responsibility).
4. Once we receive the unopened product, we’ll issue a refund for the product price within 14 days.

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are not refundable, unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
• If the product is returned used or opened, we cannot process a refund due to hygiene regulations.
